The advantages that come from working here are far in excess of the money related rewards we get. The executives give useful analysis when it's required and acclaim when it's expected. I have gotten more sure criticism of a curve acknowledgment here than elsewhere in my life. My own cer*****y level has gone up extensively. I love it here!
