NokoFin / Credit Check ripped me of. Took my money yet gave me wrong information. Still want more money from me

My name is Lerato P Matshego. I would like to share my experience with Nokofin known as credit check. They are a ****; they have ripped me of. The gave me the impression that they will assist me with clearing my name on ITC. They told me I was on debt review, only to find I was not. I paid the R3900 for a debt that is less than R1000, they gave me false information. I requested to cancel debit check while it was still early, they told me the guy that was assisting resigned and won’t do that for me. The went ahead debiting till the last debit order. they didn't even bother to call me after making a payment. I called them and spoke to REGGALIA SHIRINGANE she gave me attitude and requested me to send them my banking details again, but she could not even tell me why. I feel betrayed and ********** by them. I want my money back because I asked them to cancel in time, but they didn't as if I was obliged. These are ****mers, they took my R3900. After I realized that they couldn't help me, I wanted a refund. They didn't even pick my calls. Does anyone know how or where can I get help to reclaim my money?
