money drawn out of my account

i saw on my bank statement that R199 was drawn out of my account without my consent.<br> I cant find a number for them anywhere.<br> i want to know why they took the money from my account and i want it put back.<br> my email is [Email Removed]<br> <br> I'd appreciate feedback.<br> Thank you.
