Debiting my account without my concent

I checked my bank statement this morning and noticed R199 had been debited and i have no clue who these people are. It shows Creditcent***loan*******. I phoned my bank who gave me a contact name and number but this turned out to be a security company and they have no records of debiting my account. I would really like to find out who is behind this, not just to get my R199 back but bank charges and cost of phone calls and petrol as i now must go into the bank to try and sort this out. Can anybody help??????
