Credit bureau listing

It has come to my attention that I have a defaulted that has listed me on credit bureau. Playflex made me aware of this and I am unaware of what account has been defaulted that has gone to credit bureau. I have paid the debt that I am aware of which was a loan with Capitec bank. I paid it in 2020 Sept and I was told it would be cleared in 90 days which probably was not done . This is incredibly disheartening as it is affecting my job application and credit applications. I am aware of my virgin active debt which I was informed that it isn’t with listed on credit bureau as I have a monthly arrangement.
