Poor Service Delivery

For the past few months I have been fixing my Credit sent through my required documents paid off everything but till now I am still struggling to have my Score fixed. One of the requirements is to increase my Score by either making Credit which is declined. I am mostly disgusted at the service from TransUnion which don't even bother to assist asked them to help me access their App in order to access my Report. It is frustrating to have to keep sending the same information through to get your Credit Report updated. HelloPeter please help
