pathetic

I have paid all my accounts however the debt I had has not been removed my credit score is still extremely low it has not been updated i have raised disputes on all possible websites to get this resolved i have also spoken to my creditors and according to them this has been sent off to the credit bureaus however it still shows on my name how pathetic is this my credit score is now dropping after I have paid everything and the account I have im actually making double payments to clear my account can someone 0lease assist me with this
