ITC

Hello everyone I just wanted to know about ITC they working every day or they work if they have cases. Because am clean now and I see low score on my name I don't know what's happening, it's 7 days now reported my case here on hellopeter (Vodacom). And another thing need to know it's on the ITC view there's faces that presenting a good smile, bad smile, and X. Because I had a contract with bradlows I paid all amount on their account and they put X. Please help everyone
