Bullying Tactics can not work when you are in the wrong

While I am all for companies that help other businesses collect their Debts, I would like to be handed over to a company that has some ethics and replies to my emails even if they tell me why my claims are incorrect. It is mind boggling that this company tries to get money for White Pages Online who's work was never done. The wrong company was listed, the contract was in the wrong name and still we are being bul**** into paying for this incompetence by Lisa Joseph.
