Bad and frustrating customer service from Experian

I have just received my report from clear score with an update from Experian of an Edgar's that I fully paid in 2021 I have sent emails no response on their call centre number there is not response I have tried all the numbers can someone please respond to this my credit profile Has been affected I don't have an active Edgar's account.
