bad service

i app**** for a contract through Cedico on the 27may . i was told it was approved but because of lock down there's a delay . today its the 25th i always have to follow up they not helpful at all. its like they doing me a favour its the 25th and i still have not been assisted and i am still waiting . the service is horrible
