Medical aid claim gone wrong.

These people are so disorganized, that they cannot claim on behalf of a client. They cannot reconcile payment with a medical aid. They cannot follow up on outstanding payments within a reasonable timeframe.

Eight months since a consultation, I am contacted with indication of an outstanding amount that I am due for an emergency room visit. This was set to claim via medical aid and we'd forgotten about it and not heard anything since.

Only to have my blood pressure raised because they believe I owe them moneym when it is in fact that the people at credebill are unable to contact a medical aid and retrieve a proof of payment. Something I had to do for them. An absolute waste of time and cause for undue stress.

People don't need this ****. Do your job.
