CREDE OILS. CLIENT COMPLAINT

I have been a loyal customer of Crede Oils in Cape Town for years. I placed my order in January . Paid against my invoice. 2 weeks later Crede oils told me their system was hacked and the wrong account no was on the invoice. They told me it was MY PROBLEM to sort out and wont send my goods. This is ridiculous!!! They sent me an invoice. I paid. They got cyber hacked. But they say it is my problem!!!! Is this how clients of Crede oils get treated. I have tried many times to ask for their assistance. NO REPLY. NO HELP . I am fuming and hope Crede Oils can send me my order. Maybe others are in the same boat. Claim against your insurance Crede oils. You must have insurance for things like this !!!!!! Please send me my goods I paid you for.
