Unfair treatment

Had a very bad experience yesterday at the Creativity clothing shop at Trade route mall. I was told not to enter with my shopping trolley with my shopping in it and had to stand at the door. While standing outside with the trolley, 3 customers entered with trolleys and nothing was said to them about leaving their trolleys outside. So I went to complain at the manager but she had so many invalid excuses and did not even find it necessary to apologize when I even asked if it was ************** or ******. She then asked mevti explain to 2 more employees who were also not helpful at all and I told them I was going to report them to the highest authorities. I was unfairly treated at that store and is really unhappy.
