Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable

Talisa was referred to me by a friend and everything was great in the beginning. I then paid the deposit for the logo and that’s when things started going sour. Talisa and I had our initial discussion regarding the logo and she made a commitment to have the first draft sent to me by the end of the week. The time came and I heard nothing.

It’s now been 5 weeks since I was promised the first draft and almost 6 weeks since the deposit was paid and we keep getting promised by Talisa that she will deliver yet, when the delivery day comes we hear nothing from her and she doesn’t answer our communication attempts. I am still awaiting the first draft of the logo!

This level of service is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! I would NOT recommend Creativi-t to anyone looking for to do business with Talisa du Preez.
