Rina van der Merwe will pound you to send money then give you stories to not deliver

<p>Rina has been trying to sell me carpets since a few weeks ago and i did not buy. This week on 28 february , she sends me whatsapp and says that the price of carpets is going up on 1 March 2017.<br />she sends me 3 colours and doesnt give me names. I decide to give her the business and choose the second one. the price is 1543. Then i asked her for invoice and i said if i pay 750 is it fine she says yes then i can pay the rest upon installation and she wil instal this week. I tell her I am available Wednesday and Thursday. She says Thursday she will come. Yesterday she sends me pictures of some other colours and tells me to choose, and that she must get stock from Pietermaritzburg. Now im confused as to where this comes from as when i deposited my money she never said she doesnt have stock. i tell her but i already chose yesterday then i resent her the picture of the one chosen.she says this is the only choices she has for the price...then im more confused now she tells me to choose again as the truck must come yesterday night from another place., i send her the picture she keeps asking me for the colour (she never told me the colours- so i dont know whether i must thumb suck colours). i then picked up the phone and called her and she tells me the same excuse then i go thorugh your website and choose fieldmouse she says she has stock and she will come today. last night at 19.00hrs i asked her id they r coming to instal, she says but i said we dont have stock it must come from pmb. i said but u said u have fieldmouse in stock, she no longer responds.</p> <p>This morning she says if they are too late they will come Friday or Monday. I said i told u before that I am only available Wednesday and Thursday. She says then Monday. Then she tells me to immediately deposit the balance of the carpet. then she says i kept her waiting for a month to choose the colour (im thinking im sure she is on something as she is confusing me with someone else). then she says will someone be there at home to take the carpet and glue????</p> <p>I see that this whole thing has been deception from the start and that she is ********* and scrupulous. I told her to return my money. She says she wont, and that she is selling me at the old price and losing money. then i tell her that im sure shes thinks shes talking to another person. then she sends me a conversation between her and a person called Nikki Selborne. I have no idea what its about. I told her i want my money period as i dont want to do business with her...</p> <p>Now i decided to check who to report this matter to in your company as you can see from above, i comp**** with her so called rules and her incompetence and deception has led to this issue. I am shocked that people still do business this way when customers have many choices to choose who to buy from, I didnt pay because i have no other choices. theres many good business out there. all i want is my money back, because i will not let this go away, if i have to go to other public platforms i will do so. 2 march she sends me an email with an increased price and teling me about delivery and not installation.</p>
