Very Inconsistent with no follow ups unless you ask.
The first time our company ordered from Creative Brands we dealt with Tasnita, she was very informative and let us know when and where our order was. The Second time we ordered from Creative Brands we were dealing with tasnita and I had a query as to what was happening to my order as I hadn't heard anything, only to be told she is not with the company any and we were now dealing with her assistant Nikita who was not very informative and we did not know what was happening with our order. Then she sent us a picture of our sample which we accepted but when they arrived they were a lot lighter than the image and the pantone provided. I have now made a bad name for our company because we were so happy with or previous service that anyone that asked we told them exactly who to contact!

With the current pandemic the world is facing, some changes have had to be made. I am so sorry if they effected your order, in terms of the service you received. We will certainly look into further training for of team to ensure customer satisfaction at ever point.
