Refund hassle

Not happy with their refund policy. I am told their finance only does refunds on fridays only. It is not stated when you purchase however it only comes up when a refund is requested. This is just wrong and i feel it is fawl play. How can finance only work on friday. So my business has to be on hault simply because they work once a week. Definetly not happy with this. It is unheard of. Let me be the first unsatisfied customer
