Pathetic to say the least...

This is the first time I had to review, but I feel I had no choice...

It took me a full work-week (3/6/20 - 8/6/20) to confirm an online quote, then was urged to make deposit a week after (15/06/20) with hopes that production can start... but it never did. Since then, until the date of my review, Creative Brands could not make me a valuable client by fixing an error with their supplier. Instead I was told that there were now going to be additional costs (after deposit was paid) which I had not made provision for, and clearly Creative Brands was not going to assist in this regard.

So to anyone who wants to get branded safety workwear, maybe check and triple check before making any deposit or giving lead times to your clients.
