I love working with Creative Brands, my orders are always delivered earlier than anticipated and this time around it was just a day before I desperately needed it. An updated quote was sent promptly by Alex Hesse. What makes me more happy is you changed the internal pen packaging from box to plastic because the box used to tear easily.

But most of all, I appreciate this level of service delivery especially since we don't have an account with Creative Brands (as we do with all our suppliers). Our orders aren't massive but the level of service of service is splendid.
