Faith in Customer Service in SA restored !

This is my 2nd interaction with Creative Brands and both experiences have been WOW !! I was very happy with the service (friendly and willing to answer questions of a newbie). When I collected my order the lady at reception was also amazingly friendly...walked out with a spring in my step (customer service is atrocious in many places now, so it was refreshing to have somebody treat me (the client) as special / welcome). I also love the online chat facility where I can ask questions without having to wait days for an answer - and so far the people I've spoken to have been helpful, efficient and friendly. I've just received my 2nd order today - delivered to my door sooner than expected which was really amazing as I don't have much time to prepare my order for the function so the speedy delivery has taken a bit of pressure off me ! If the customer service continues to be of such a high standard I will definitely continue placing orders with you...and recommend your company to others. Thank you for restoring my faith in Customer Service in SA !!
