Creative Brands a waste of time!

I have been trying to get a proper quotation for 1 week, and trying to get info about what artwork is required, I cannot get to actually speak to any one that can answer my questions and feel maybe being taken seriously because my order is too small . I have left numerous messages and have one person phone me back to say that they will get back to me...still nothing. I have phone approximately 6 times this week alone... still nothing. When I phoned today to try to get a response, I realized that despite what I was led to believe about Creative Brands, they are not a reputable company. Placing an order with them is virtually impossible and getting all the info through on an email should have been the answer for an online company, hence resorting to phone calls was my last option, but i am seriously disappointed and blown away over the lack of integrity & response Creative brands has displayed. I would like to warn anyone else dealing with Creative Brands... Don't... its a waste of time. I probably wont even get a response to this complaint either. WOW after all the hype its a whole lot of hot air, Creative Brands you really put on a brilliant front!!
