Please can I just send you a mail regarding Tracy and Pranishka. These two ladies have just been the absolute saving grace to me the past week.

I don’t think I have ever had such good service, fats delivery, great quality from anybody in a while. They really did an amazing job.

Please do praise them from me when you see them again or in a meeting. They should be the example your company shows to new employees.
