Sure way to get taken for a ride

Anyone considerings dealing with Creative Worx Design and Building, be warned. Our first dealing with Athletes Moyo was pleasant, he came out and frosted 6 Windows and the sliding door. We decided to hire him to install a complete kitchen for us. At first he was on-site daily and work was progressing well. Then we had the first incident where as he required monies for materials, we paid the money and requested the POP. He could never supply this to us, only a hand written quote. Now the wood he panels he bought is brilliant white, not off white which is required. Further into the project we required new kitchen doors i.e. off white and wrapped. He sent a quotation, upon phoning the Company they confirmed they were unable to do off-white. We decided to use Timbercity with a waiting period for this is between 10 - 15 working days, so we paid and now awaiting for the doors. In the interim we have paid him the full amount for labour, on the 24th October we message and let him know that the cupboard doors will be ready in the next week, he messages and says let him know and he will come install and complete the kitchen. On the 6th November we collect the doors and message him to let him know he can come complete. We are now the 24th November every single day he given he has failed to show up, every excuse under the sun. I am now sitting with an incomplete kitchen, he has removed the materials (Epoxy Glue, polishing pads) from site to complete the project. And to add the cherry to the top I had brand new laminated flooring put in which he has damaged, to quote "A rock fell on it" and he accidentally walked on glue and did not know. I am now sitting with an incomplete kitchen that has cost me R21 100 and damaged floors.
