Creative Shop Retail Shopfitting. I paid a deposit to them on the 16th August 2019 - R 26600.42 for a trophy cabinet at my premises. From the start I had to call Rainer Flindt to find out when they would be starting the work. I was told that they would start on the 9th September but they did not pitch up and no phone call advising of this. On the 10th September I whatsapped Rainer Flindt saying that I was expecting you yesterday, and requested a date and time as to when they will be starting and completed with the job. Rainer's reply was that they finished another job late in Meadowdale and he will call the office and find out who is at work, and will confirm shortly. on the 11th September Rainer said his team will be here "I think round 11am", they arrived after 2pm and all they did was strip an existing cupboard of the doors and shelves. On the 12th September they arrived at 1pm and moved a light switch and installed a backing board. On the 16th September I contacted Rainer again via whatsapp as he very seldom answers his phone when I call. I notified him that the light switch that they moved has now caused problems in the house as the kitchen lights did not turn off and outside light was operating with the bathroom light. the team eventually arrived at 1pm again after numerous whatsapps trying to get a time out of him. All they did was install the racking with brackets. On the 17th September I called, he did not answer. Whatsapped Rainer asking if the team is coming today... no reply. On the 18th September again whatsapped Rainer at 8:56am asking for a time that his team will be here....NO REPLY. Whatsapped again at 10:04am – Rainer’s reply at 11:13am "I will call again now. My office is not giving me feedback". On the 19th September they arrived at 13:00 and installed the mirrors (6 panels) On the 30th September Rainer said he will be there on Wednesday 2nd October, Thursday 3rd and handover on Friday 4th October. - NO SHOW - NO PHONE CALL - JUST DID NOT PITCH UP. On Monday the 7th October I AGAIN had to call Rainer Flindt to be informed that they were busy building the aluminium and will be there today or tomorrow. On the 9th October I AGAIN had to contact Rainer Flindt - to be told "they are almost done, I will confirm shortly"....to date NO REPLY and no trophy cabinet. On the 18th October I have sent him a lawyer’s letter... - and STILL NO REPLY.

As a businessman myself, I find this utterly appalling and to date received no communication from Creative Shop Retail Shopfitting regarding completion of the trophy cabinets.
