Do not do business with this company.

To start with, they were referred to us after they could not be helped by another company from Johannesburg.<br> <br> They make statements without having their facts straight and do not give you the opportunity to resolve a problem.<br> <br> After being declined for a rental on a new machine we offered to help them with a used machine. As with used equipment there will be a problem here and there. This was repaired and a couple of days later the machine had a blown main board caused by either lightning or power spikes. We repaired and informed the company that they will have to pay for the board. This is when all hell broke lose and we were told that the machine never worked, we can't repair, the machine can't do what it is suppose to do and no one cares. They refuse the tech to get on site and repair the equipment or to have a look at the equipment to see if their is a problem on the unit.<br> <br> After they got head office involved and they did not get the response they had hoped for we were placed on Hello Peter. Now if you look at the profile on Hello Peter you will see that this is a regular thing with them. They complain about every and anything if they do not get their way. Stay away !!
