Refusing Services

We are opening new offices thus we are looking for one company to supply us with furniture. Anything from filing cupboards to desks.<br> <br> We duly came across this company and upon inquiry of prices and sizes our Financial manager was asked (by Alan) to please fill out the online forms as it is excessive to give the prices of everything they stock. <br> <br> After filling out everything we might be looking at we received an email simply stating \I'm unable to assist regards Debbie"This felt was grossly insulting as we are a potential client looking to spend quite the bit of money on fully furnishing an office.<br> <br> Our MD's PA then phoned through directly to inquire why we were just shunned. we got through to Debbie which simply passed on the phone to the owner (Alan) just to get the shut down again simply saying he cant assist because that (the way we were asked to) was not the way they do business"
