Dishonest Decor Company

We got married in Dec 2019 in UK and were going to have a vow renewal in South Africa in 2020, but due to Covid we couldn't have the wedding as most of our guests were from Europe and Canada since my husband is British/Canadian. We paid a R6000 deposit and the Creative Nook refused to give it back. This is very unprofessional seeing as we couldn't have the wedding due to circumstances out of our control. In my opinion it is dishonest and shocking to say the least.
