Useless warranty
What is the use of an extended warranty when they expect you to return the product to Kempton Park for a refund?!! Even before lockdown with was unrealistic for most consumers. Under lockdown this is actually not possible!

23 Jun 2020, 10:27Dear Jenny every return policy has in place a review clause to determine the product issues. the products need to be evaluated and this must happen in a certain service center in the various 3 main provinces. please will you send us an email with your details so we can try better assist.
