They do not honour their warranties

Lousy service! Their 2 year warranty is useless - they do not honour it. I bought a Mellerware Ironing board from them online. It had a 2 year warranty. When it arrived but was so unsteady on it’s legs that it was too dangerous to use. I notified them within a week, and had multiple amicable email exchanges with Garth Koeriesis, but he never took any action, kept promising to do so, but never did. Two years later, I’m still stuck with this useless piece of junk. And out of pocket by R800.
