I've had 3 years worth of Creative Housewares products breaking on me. The most recent incident is when my Taurus Processador Maxim was sent to Cape Town to be diagnosed and repaired along with the ******* Mellerware Saxony Scale. I went to fetch the Taurus mid November as they said it was fixed. When I tried to use it I discovered it was not fixed. I explained in detail what the problem was. When I complained I got a disgustingly rude reply from Katrina Steyn implying I don't know how to use the attachments.
I am so disgusted by the way this company operates.
