Mellerware Fusion jug blender

Mellerware Fusion jug blender returned by speed services courier on 19 December 2018. I bought this item only to discover that there is a design floor in this blender to lock the cross blade to the jug turns in the same direction as locking the cross blade and jug to the blender machine resulting in unlocking the machine to the jug part also unlocks the cross blade to the jug which means you have the content of the jug on your table, chair and floor. This is not exactly my requirements for a blender. I returned this item on 19/12/2018 to their offices with an explanation letter. The courier services mailed me a copy of the delivery slip signed, but speaking to Katrina Steyn via email and also mailing her the delivery proof I have had no response to this date. Needless to say, I did not buy another Mellerware product.
