Great Customer Service

We have a Morphy Richards Induction Cooker and was trying to find a manual for it online...after searching for more than an hour, decided to call Creative Housewares. Jackie Stuurman answered and asked for my e-mail address.

Waited a while and no e-mail, then my phone rang. Jackie phoned back as my e-mail was returned. She stayed on the line with me until I received her mail with the user manual on.

You don't get this type of service a lot anymore these days.
