Glued product from "factory". Terrible custimer service.

I purchased a hairdryer from this company online. On receiving and opening the package i noticed that there was damage to the item on the front nozzle that was attempted to be fixed with glue. I reported this to the contact person of the company (Douw Oosthuizen) and he apologized and offered to replace the item. To date it has not been rectified after contacting them more than 10 times.
