From Joburg? Don't contact Evanthea!

<p>On the 4th of May I received a reply from Evanthea to my query made via the contact form on the Creative Housewares website regarding parts I needed. After a week of no response from Evanthea I sent her another email asking for information. She said she would send the parts from Cape Town to Joburg. I phoned the joburg branch and spoke to someone who couldn't give me a straight answer. I then asked Evanthea again where my parts are. She tells me that they weren't sent. After going and asking the Facebook team what the hell is going on I get more correspondence from Evanthea telling me she will send them and I can ask Katrina about them from now on. I called Katrina yesterday who told me that they have had parts the whole time and I was meant to be handed over to her from the beginning as I'm in Joburg. I use this machine for my business. I cannot believe that a company can hire such a ***** who is clearly unable to do her job properly. There are hundreds of people in this country who would appreciate the job and execute simple tasks with efficacy and finesse. People like Evanthea are the reason that people in this country regularly lose it when it comes to service delivery. I sincerely hope that someone who matters sees this instead of someone who seemingly protects her and gives her multiple chances to ***** people around. 100% UNACCEPTABLE</p>
