Don't purchase any goods from Creative Housewares and expect a valid warranty

After making use of the Mellerware Robot 800 Food Processor and using the Stick blender attachment the attachment broke even though we were blending boiled mango's and it was only the 3rd use of the attachment. I then sent an email to claim via warranty and was told that the warranty only covers mechanical parts, from what I would understand in regards to mechanical parts would be any moving component of the equipment that spins when the motor is activated, I then challenged this with the consultant Garth Koeresies and asked which part of the warranty he was referring to so that I can understand why I cant get a replacement part to which he responded "I am referring to the Mellerware warranty and that it does not cover for the replacement of parts." which does not help at all. I cannot understand how a warranty does not cover attachments for a blender as without the attachments the blender is just a motor. As such I advise against buying this product as clearly Creative Housewares does not uphold a respectable warranty agreement and thus you can just as well see their warranties as null and void.
