Bad Kettle/Design, Creative Housewares Doesn't Care
I bought Creative Housewares' Mellerware Plastic Mini Kettle from Checkers, however it does not work properly. When pouring water out of the spout it messes all over the place! It seems to be a bad design.
I contacted Creative Housewares about the issue but they don't seem to care that their kettle is poorly designed. They choose instead to make "their problems mine". They just want my money and "s**** the rest". Well, I'm sorry Creative Housewares, with an attitude like that you're NOT going to stay in business for very long.

14 Jul 2023, 11:59Hi anonymous Creative Housewares person: Better-late-than-never wanting to do something about a bad situation so I will give you points for trying. Changing your staff seems to be what you need.
5 years on and I of course did not recall the name of the person I spoke to; nevertheless, I checked and at the time I did make a note of the name of the person. Her name is Jackie.
I purchased your product either from Checkers or Clicks; perhaps I got the two mixed up.

I recognise that as a soulless marketing platitude meant to sound positive, but you have no "loyalty" from me; I stopped buying your products. If you want any loyalty from me then you will have to earn it. So far your company has only disgusted me. You will have to impress me before I might become 'loyal'. Perhaps start by fixing your product design fault and convincing me you actually did something about the issue?
