Appalling service

Hi. I bought an iron and an extender ring online. They were both delivered 2 day before level5 lockdown started. I was not happy with the iron and called this # ***. After talking to several staff members, I was put through to the Manager, Douw Oosthuizen. With the beginning of the lockdown only 2 days away, it was impossible to collect the iron and deliver another one. Douw promised that the iron would be exchanged when they return back to work. I have not been contacted by anyone from Creative Housewares. I have tried calling the 086 number without any luck. I am appalled by the lack of customer service from Creative Housewares.
