No response to emails or phone calls

A Groupon voucher bought for Platters, it has been more than 3 weeks of trying to get hold of this so called Events management company. An email order was placed, needless to say no response received, after numerous attempts I finally managed to get hold of Yolandi on her cell, initially she had many excuses for not being able to take my order, one being they do not deliver on Sundays, this after getting email confirmation that they do. The order was accepted, I email again to add more platters, but no response. I again managed to get hold of her on her cell after numerous attempts, the claimed to be stepping into a meeting and would return my call. 4 days later and I am still waiting, and have since not been able to reach her again.<br> Absolutely shocking service ... I am now trying to get a refund, but so far no success. Would not recommend anybody to consider this company as they do not have the courtesy to respond to mails or return calls. How can you trust them to deliver on a service if they can't even return a call....
