Creative Group Projects - Solar and inverter Installation

This company has done a large and fairly complicated installation for me over the last week, and I must say I have found them to be professional and they have delivered exactly what I wanted and within the time frame expected and at the cost quoted. My installation was fully operational within 4 days of commencement, with every aspect done properly. (Fortunately I had an already compliant electrical installation in my house, as we are all supposed to have, but sometimes a customer has a total mess of cables and expects the solar contractor to work with that.)

I saw the bad reviews given by what appears to be two individuals on Hello Peter. I have also run a business in the past and you just get those type of customers. I told this company I would give them a chance to prove themselves and they did. When it comes to a solar installation, you as the customer need to know what you are buying and what it can and can't do. You can't put in a R50k system and expect it to operate like a R200k system (like buying a Toyota Corolla but expecting a Mercedes Benz). Unfortunately there are folk who expect a smallish entrepreneurial black owned company to give them what they haven't bought and paid for. Don't connect your geyser up to a plug point that is running off a smallish solar installation after the contractor has installed it, and then complain that your system doesn't work properly and its the contractor's fault when it doesn't work like a system costing 3 times as much.

Unlike the folk who don't give their names and contact numbers and who use words like "*****" to deliberately try and harm this business (when clearly there was no ***** involved!), I will give my full name and contact number, and anyone can contact me if they would like to consider using this company. Come and look at my installation to set your mind at ease if you would like to. I highly endorse and recommend these guys who are doing their best in a cut-throat industry, unfortunately dominated by ****** customers who feel they can abuse a company like this that is really an example of all that is good about our country. I give these guys 5 stars!
