Excellent service

Now days great service is by far something hard to find so what a delight to have been given fantastic service by Mr. Hendrick from Creative Gates in Fish Hoek. He arrived at my place on time, checked out the problem and advised me that before replacing the entire unit he will phone around to see if he can source spares so that the entire unit does not need to be replaced. Now this is a business man who could have easily said that the unit is broken and replace the entire unit but he made sure he could find a cheaper solution for me. After many many calls and due to the fact my unit was very old he was unable to find spares. We did eventually replace the entire unit but his service was phenomenal.
