Don't ever contract Creative Gates

It's a wonder how Creative Gates stays in business. Hendrik is a pathological ****. I regret ever contracting him for an almost R30K job to do my fence and gates. The complaints are numerous. Shoddy workmanship, poor service, abuse of his staff, does not keep to his word regarding guarantees and the list goes on. Worst of all, his \gate maker"is a foreign national who works on his own (and I am sure severely unpaid too). I have been trying to get Hendrik to install my gate motor. It's gone two months and he has not pitched. Every week he promises me that he will be there. I sometimes have to take a day off work... I wait and wait and Hendrik nor his guys appear. It's the fifth time in two months that he has not kept his word. I see other similar complaints. It's time to take action. MBA will be my first call on Monday morning.
