Creative Forces CC is a SHAM!

So the owner of this "company" Marcel comes across extremely eloquently, & talks a very good game, but the issues start with delivery. I was quoted for work that was projected to take 3 weeks' to complete (roof truss/ceilings/gutter replacement), & some 3 months later, the work was still incomplete. The owner tends to take on more than he can chew (greed), often leaving his workers unsupervised & unproductive. I made the grave mistake of giving him additional work on my property (construction of a boundary wall), for which I paid him in full, Needless to say, he went AWOL with said funds, leaving me with an incomplete roofing job, & an untouched wall project.
