creative Design Spaces(CDSpaces) not reliable and tell you lies

two months ago i bought blinds from them and they said they will be installed within 30 days. after 30 days i started asking them when are they coming to install and they said the following week. the following week they said the next week again. i started asking for my money back and they came to install frames only and they were suppose to fully installed them within the same week but they didn't. Now their phone is off and no one is responding to my emails. they tell lies all the time. they have the worse service ever and they not reliable. two months later i still don't have blinds installed
