Delivery ****?

Got a call from Creative Couriers on Tuesday saying that they have a parcel to deliver to me and said they will send an sms and email with the tracking number. i told the lady that I did not order anything but she said that it’s definitely a delivery for me …address etc. I waited on Wednesday and even phoned to say I will be going out for an hour and called them when I got back to let them know. Called them again as I needed to leave by 15:00 and the lady said the driver is on his way. I called them on Thursday, no answer, called this morning and the lady asked if the driver didn’t make it to me and she would call me back in a few minutes and she knew exactly who I was and from which area. I have had no phone call and tried calling now 13:20…no answer! I have wasted my time and am absolutely furious at no communication…if you say you are calling back…call back even if it is to say you are not coming or we have the wrong person etc. So I decided I will try one more time after this review and then put this on FB and Twitter etc as a **** and that people should not waste their time when contacted by creative couriers.
