Horrible couch and poor service

Sweet and smooth in the begining. Horrible customer service when it came to the couch to be deilivered, phone calls, emails and texts not answered. When couch was eventually delivered it was in bad condition, cushions not aligned with frame (overlapping) material tearing up, cushions skew and flat and definitely did not look like the advertised version. Reported the couch, took management 2months to respond and to come and repair couch. Couch was taken for a week came back looking as it left just with fuller cushions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NON PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.
