Terrible customer service; non-delivery and lack of communication

TLDR: Don't use these providers, please do yourself a favour and use another company.

Ordered a simple 2 core black fabric cable in December 2023. I am still waiting now February 2024 I am still waiting for delivery to be made. When I called at the end of January 2024 I was assured that delivery would be made within the week. Now when I call to follow up the contact number is constantly engaged. Asked for a refund via email, and haven't heard anything from the provider.
