If it were possible to give zero stars, I would do so right now. This company placed an advert on their Facebook page yesterday for an item I was interested in and I queried the price. Today they placed the advert again, without bothering to reply to my query. I wrote on their page that they hadn't bothered to come back to me on the initial advert and said it was annoying. Then I received this message:

Hi, the last post was deleted so We never saw your comment. Our telephone number and email address is on our Facebook profile so any Enquiries can be sent to there. They are R110. Your comment had a rude tone which was not needed. If you have an issue you can even personally message us or EMAIL OR PHONE, there are many ways, but to comment something with a rude undertone for the public to see was uncalled for. Have a great day

They consider negative feedback to their inability to reply to a query as rude. Unfortunately they deleted my reply so I cannot link it here. This is also not the first negative experience I've had with them. The last experience was also a request for a price, which they rep**** to almost a week later. This is not a company I can recommend to anyone and, although I'd like to support local businesses, especially in these trying times, I'd rather continue to use online companies or import items myself.
