I requested a sample bespoke piece of glassware with the intention of more if the piece was what I wanted. I recieved 2 samples at a cost of R800.00. What a waste of money... They were nothing like what I expected despite my sending a photo. I requested a refund and turned down Mike's offer to try and refine. I returned the glassware by courier and my message informing him of this was not answered. Not much chance of getting any money back.
