I Paid Deposit for Wordpress Customization.Creaticz did not understand the wordpress theme I have nor how to customize it. They wanted to do all from scratch, which was not the request nor scope. Thety struggle financially it seem so I then altered the scope to try and accommodate them. But stil after month nothing was received. I cancelled my request and received notice refund was to follow. That was months ago. I have been told they are not able to refund me curretly but Treaten me with legal action should I go public. This is public, the ball is in their court. Be careful who you associate and do business with.
